The Carnival Committee Supports The Queen of Heaven Super Bowl Sweeps

Dear Parishioner,
We are writing to you to ask your support and participation in our first Super Bowl Sweepstakes. The purpose of this raffle is to create a new revenue fundraiser to help support the future of this great parish. A total of $25,000 will be given away to the lucky winners. By purchasing a raffle ticket, you are helping Queen of Heaven Parish directly as 100% of the profits of the raffle stay within the parish. This in conjunction with our recent plea for additional stewardship in our weekly collections as each will continue to allow our parish to be vibrant and stable financially.
The drawing will be held in the Parish Center at 1PM February 7th, 2021 and will be shown live on Facebook for those that follow Queen of Heaven. All winners will be notified at the conclusion of the drawing and we will publish a list of winning numbers in the Bulletin, and the Queen of Heaven Parish website.
The prizes will be as follows:
Grand prize ‐ $15,000, Second Prize ‐ $5,000, Third Prize ‐ $2,500, Fourth Prize $1,500, Fifth Prize $1,000
All winners will be subject to IRS Regulations and when prizes are awarded will be given the proper form to complete.
Please consider purchasing one or more $50 raffle tickets.
To purchase a ticket, see the ticket form (making copies as needed for additional people requesting tickets) and send along with your $50 check per ticket request payable to Queen of Heaven Church, Attn: Super Bowl Sweepstakes 4220 Seneca St. West Seneca, NY 14224. Also, the rectory office will have tickets available for pickup and drop-off during normal rectory hours. You may also download additional order forms online at www.qofhchurch.org
