Will my information be kept private?
"YOU BETCHA" ABSOLUTELY TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY PRIVATE. We do not sell or give out our membership information to any third party vendors. We don't like getting spam and we figure none of our members do either!
Why do I need to provide my date of birth (DOB)?
Most of the sign ups available have certain age requirements.
Why do I need to provide my address and phone number?
Because of New York State Gaming Commission requirements (NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE, AND DOB) volunteers need to be listed for our Carnival Games to be licensed by the State.
Something has come up How do I change my sign up?
*Should you need to change your sign up you can use the link provided in your Confirmation E-mail to see your current sign up. When viewing your current sign up select "change your sign up". You can then enter the E-mail address you provided at the time you signed up. You will receive a new E-mail with a link to edit your signup.
*You will also receive a reminder E-mail about a week prior to the Carnival.
How do I sign up to fulfill my hours for school?
At the very bottom of the sign up form you will see a button to select that you need to fulfill your hours. All families attending Queen of Heaven for the 2017-2018 school year must work 5 hours at the carnival or pay an opt-out fee to the rectory.
Who can I contact if I have concerns about my sign up selection?
Near the top of most sign up pages the name and E-mail address of the chairperson is shown should you have concerns
What if I'm not familiar with the Carnival, how do I decide what to sign up for?
There are many areas to select from including “No Preference” which will allow you to pick a time shift, then when you report in at the Volunteer Check In Table at the Carnival see the Volunteer Chairperson Jean Hawkins
Why do I need to report to the “Volunteer Check In Table” if I already know where to go?
It is important to “Check In” there to be sure your volunteer hours are correctly recorded if you are fulfilling hours for school. Also you will need to get your I.D. Badges at the Volunteer Check In Table.
Where will the “Volunteer Check In Table” be located?
The VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN TABLE is located on the Carnival Grounds at the back of the school between the "GREEN THUMB" booth and "GLACIER BEAR ARCTIC DRINKS" The Confirmation E-mail has an attachment map showing the location.
